Robert Daniel Carter

Danny Carter, 41, of Lake Jackson, went to be with our Lord Sunday, September 20, 2015, at Sweeny Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2015, at First Baptist Church, 401 Yaupon, Lake Jackson, Texas.


Danny was born June 28, 1974, in Freeport, Texas, to Bob and Judy Carter. Danny graduated from Brazosport High School in 1996.


He enjoyed participating in Special Olympics where he won many medals in track, swimming, and bowling. He also enjoyed going to Exporter football games, singing, and watching First Baptist Church online.


He was survived by his mother and father, Bob and Judy Carter, of Lake Jackson; his sister and her husband, Terri and Charlie McFeeters, of Temple; his niece and nephew, Madilyn and Mason McFeeters; and grandparents, Faye and Austin Stroud, of Lake Jackson. He is also survived by aunt and uncle, Dianna and Bruno Reich, aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Hershel Berry, aunt and uncle, Beverly and Rod Woodruff, aunt and uncle, Karen and Gary Wiener, aunt and uncle, Daphne and Steve Carter, aunt, Becky Carter, aunt, Gidget Lister, aunt and uncle, Roma and Ellis McKinley; and many cousins.


In lieu of usual remembrances, donations may be made to First Baptist Church Choir Fund at 401 Yaupon Lake Jackson, Texas, 77566.
