I told my sister thru facebook about Mrs. Matlock's passing and this is her reply: "Aww, I'm saddened by this news. I thought about her just the other day. One of the security questions on an account I was setting up said "who was your favorite grade school teacher?" I chose that one and put "Matlock" as the answer.
90 years old, what a life she lived, and if she was like she was back then, she lived it to serve others. Thanks for sharing, David."

My older brother, sister and myself had Mrs. Matlock as out 3rd grade teacher. She had a great impact on our lives and I know she will be sorely missed.
