Carl and Rose Mary, seldom one or the other, always together, four words, two people, and one wonderful romance.
Truly they were of the best of the Greatest Generation, who 67 years later still did not want to be apart.
We should all pray and strive to live so well and so long.

We are so sorry to hear of your losses. Praying for God's peace that passes all understanding. We have such fond memories of Rose Mary and Carl, especially our long ago business trip to Sarnia and Niagara Falls. They were two remarkable people who have left a beautiful legacy with such a loving family. Holding you in prayer.

Dear Kevin and family, I wanted to share a heartwarming story from Ginger Wroth Leigh about Carl. She relayed how Carl had shown her youngest brother John, how to tie a necktie. A gesture that to John transcended into a part of his rite of passage to manhood, linked forever with your Dad. I thought this was very touching.
God bless you all during this transition. I read recently that some believe our bodies have souls, but it turns out our souls have bodies which all too soon wear out. Seems your Mom and Dad have entered their afterlife together as soul mates; no doubt as your family's guardian angels. A remarkable testament of true love, in my mind.
I am inspired to take Carl's act of kindness as a sign to step up my game.
Hugs and positive thoughts from the Hayden's.

Dear David and Gary, what a sad day for you and your families. Just remember, Carl and Rosemary are calling out ''Square Up'' to my dad, Chuck Honea, Mac Wheeler, Pat Kennedy, Arnold Walters, and the rest of the Lake Jackson Promenaders who have gone to a better place. You are in our thoughts as this holiday season approaches.
