My nephew, Gary Smith (now 41) asked that I send his condolences to the family. Gary met Bill when he was about 8 years old and hunted at the ranches and played poker with Bill and Lloyd many times. I thank Bill and Lloyd for the time they spent with Gary.

Bill was a wonderful person who was always helpful to me and had an encouraging viewpoint. Spent many a hunting trips and playing poker with him. He could fix anything one way or the other. I loved him and he was truly a great brother-in-law. My condolences to all the Jordan Family and Winship Family. I love all of you. I wish I could be there, but I am visiting my Mother to help her with her physical disabilities. All of you are in my prayers. I will be going to an 8:15 Mass Saturday morning to offer prayers for Bill and everyone else; therefore it will be 10:15 your time. A special hug to Virginia and of course to Lloyd as well as to Elaine, Beth, Curtis, Milyn, and Charlie. I know Bill will be greatly missed by all of his grandkids. I love all of you. I thank Gratia for letting me know about Bill. I am with all of you spiritually in prayer. Debbie

Sincere condolences to Ginny and family, hopefully there is some comfort in thinking about all the good Bill accomplished in his life. He made many contributions to Dow and the industry, and from what I can see, to the community as well. He will really be missed.
